The job role is also for a Narrative Designer, to help with creating story, characters and narrative elements. Skill needed are experience developing fiction in any form of media and qualifications/knowledge required are an understanding of gameplay and narrative and also some understanding in car culture.

After reviewing job advert and my skills audit, I needed to create a PDP (Personal Development Plan). I thought up some goals that I have regarding the industry I wish to go into and wrote them down. After picking a goal, I listed 3 quick points stating what would help me reach the goal I noted down. I then considered what evidence would be made to show my progression towards my goal as well as when I will be planning to have this evidence of me approaching my set goal. Here a 3 strong goals I mainly have for my industry and how I planned around them.
